Coach Milliman has been the Head Coach at Pfeiffer University for 3 years. In his time at Pfeiffer he has led the Falcons to a top 10 National Ranking and set the program record for most victories in a season. In the brief time as the leader of the Pfeiffer Men's Lacrosse program, his players have earned a total of 11 All Conference selections. In addition, Milliman has been twice named the Conference Carolinas Coach of the Year in 2009 and 2011.
Prior to that he was an assisant coach at Division III power Rochester Institute of Technology and Division I Siena College. He played his college lacrosse at Gettysburg College from 1998-2002 where he was a 3 time All-American and helped the Bullets reach the National Championship game in back to back season in 2001 & 2002.
